Privacy Policy

Article 50 Ready is operated by Tech Art EOOD, Bulgaria (data controller). We collect as little personal data as possible.

What we collect

• Scanner:the URL you submit, the scan result, and a truncated log of the requesting IP for rate limiting and abuse prevention (legal basis: legitimate interest). Scan results may be retained in aggregate to publish anonymized statistics (e.g., "X% of scanned sites had no AI disclosure").
• Purchases: checkout and payment processing are handled by Stripe, which processes your payment and billing data under its own privacy policy; we never see your full card details. We receive your email address and order details to deliver the product, issue your license, and provide support (legal basis: contract).
• Pack generation: the details you enter (company name, website, languages) are used to generate your files and retained so you can regenerate them.
• Email: if you email us, we keep the correspondence to handle your request.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no sale of data, no profiling. Our generated widget makes no external requests and sets no cookies.

Retention

Scan records are kept up to 24 months in aggregate form; license and purchase records as long as required for support and legal obligations (accounting law); support emails up to 24 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing — email [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; ours is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

Processors

Hosting on a virtual server in the EU (Hetzner, Germany/Finland). Payment processing by Stripe. We use no other processors.
