Article 50 Ready (https://article50ready.com) is operated by Tech Art EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria("we", "us"). By using this website or purchasing a Compliance Pack, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We provide (a) a free automated website scanner that detects common chat and AI widgets, and (b) a paid "Compliance Pack": generated software snippets, document templates, and informational PDFs that help you implement the transparency obligations of Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act).

2. Not legal advice — no guarantee of compliance

The service provides implementation tooling and general information, not legal advice, legal representation, or certification. Whether your specific use of AI complies with the EU AI Act or any other law depends on circumstances we cannot assess. You remain solely responsible for your compliance. For legal advice, consult a qualified lawyer.

3. Purchases and licenses

Tech Art EOOD is the seller; payments are processed securely by Stripe, and prices include VAT where applicable. A Single Site license covers one website; an Agency license covers up to ten websites. License keys allow regeneration of packs for the licensed number of sites. You may install the generated assets on the licensed sites and modify them for those sites. You may not resell the generator output as a standalone product.

5. Acceptable use of the free scanner

Scan only websites you own or are authorized to assess. Automated bulk scanning, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights under EU and Bulgarian law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
